Mandi chose the beauty industry because it was a place where she could excel using her artistic flare, sense of style, and ability to connect deeply with people. She has exceeded her expectations on the fulfillment that this career choice has given her, and is continually blessed as her passion continues to grow in this area.

The specialty that Mandi offers to the salon and her clientele is her ability to create a design and color that compliments the face shape and skin tone of the individual. With precision cutting and her high level of finishing skills, you will not leave her chair without a smile on your face.

She has been principally train in Design and in Color and has the honor of being a trainer for Redken to teach other stylist. She is also backed by Redken as a top stylist with the Redken Design Certification and Redken Color Certification. She has been to Redken Fifth Avenue in New York multiple times to advance her skills in color, design, and public speaking. She is regarded as a National Platform Artist for Redken and travels often to share the knowledge she has gained.

She has a background and the study of Architecture and Art, which leads her to use colors and shapes as her inspiration. She is inspired daily by the changing fashion, trends and seasons.
