Kailey’s natural creative ability and desire to make people feel better about themselves was her motive behind selecting a career in the beauty industry. She pursued her dream as a hair stylist nearly five years ago while finishing up her high school education. Her specialties as a hair stylist cover everything from creating a beautiful color to tailoring a design that compliments her clients personal style, and lifestyle, while enhancing each persons natural beauty.

Kailey is not only a sought after hair stylist in Northern CA, but is also a traveling Artistic Educator for Redken 5th Ave. During her journey with Redken, Kailey has been able to spread the knowledge and passion to hairdressers throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii, all while finding her own inspiration to bring back to her home town of Redding, CA. “The inspiring people on the streets, the amazingly talented attendees in my classes, as well as my passionate colleagues all give me true inspiration every day.”

To Kailey, beauty is defined as an everlasting and timeless choice. It is a choice to be beautiful no matter what your outfit or hairstyle may look like. To be beautiful is to be confident, giving, gracious, and humble. “Creating a tailored look on somebody is a gift that I enjoy giving to people. If I can help somebody see themselves as beautiful, than they can carry on everyday with a bit more of a glowing, and happy confidence; which is a contagious, and truly beautiful thing. Everybody has the potential to not only look beautiful, but to feel beautiful!
