Owned and operated by Redding natives and also sisters Mandi Kelly and Amaryllis Zanotelli.  They compliment each other well in their partnership.  Mandi, a Redken 5th Ave NYC Educator, and her highly trained stylists offer the Redding area the latest in hair styles and trends. Amaryllis and her crew offer complete manicures, pedicures, and the little extras you deserve.  They travel outside of the Redding area frequently for education and are determined to keep Hair city among the elite salons in the North State.  Come in and introduce yourselves to us we would love to meet you.

Mandi Kelly

Mandi has over 18 years of experience in the hair industry.  She became a Redken 5th Ave NYC Educator in 2001 after extensive training.  For the past 13 years she has traveled all over the United States teaching for Redken, including Los Angeles, New York City, and Las Vegas.  There is one thing Mandi loves more than teaching about hair and that is learning about hair.  Her hunger to learn more gives her the edge she needs to stand with the best.  She is one of the few in the United States to be recognized by Redken as elite by earning Redken Hair Color Certification and can be found listed with the elite on the Redken website www.Redken.com.  Her goal is to continue on the path she has started and to never stop learning and growing.

Amaryllis Zanotelli

Amaryllis has over 17 years of experience in the nail industry and attends classes regularly to continue her education.  She stays current on all of the latest trends and changes in technology.  As a co-owner she maintains a clean and friendly environment, she also strives to create an atmosphere where the client is pampered and can fully relax.  Her desire is that every client leaves Hair City refreshed and energized.
